Terms & conditions
Children
- Bookings for children and young adults are for Monday - Thursday only
- Any Children or young adults booked in on a Friday or Saturday will be charged at full adult price.
- Online booking for children or young adults cannot be made online and must be made in person or by phone.
Pricing
- All listed prices are starting prices and include VAT.
- Additional charges may apply for long or coarse hair to ensure adequate time is allocated for your service.
- Consultations may be required for certain services to provide an accurate quote and treatment plan.
Patch Testing
- A patch test is required for all new clients at least 48 hours before any colour service.
- Existing clients must repeat a patch test every six months to ensure continued safety.
Cancellation & Missed Appointments
- We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours will incur a 25% charge of the service cost.
- Failure to attend your appointment without notice will result in a 100% charge of the service cost.
- For longer services requiring a deposit, this is non-refundable if not cancelled with 48 hours’ notice.
Deposits
- A 50% deposit may be required to secure bookings for longer services.
- This deposit is non-refundable if the appointment is not cancelled with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice.
Lateness Policy
- Your stylist will always do their best to accommodate you if you are running late. However, this may not be possible without impacting subsequent guests.
- If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your service may need to be adjusted or rescheduled.
- If the full service cannot be completed within the remaining time, we may offer to reschedule, but 100% of the original service cost will still be charged.
- A 20% deposit will then be required to rebook the missed appointment.
- It is your responsibility to arrive on time and provide accurate contact details to ensure you receive reminders and updates. Please notify us as soon as possible if your circumstances change.
